Masterguard have a highly flexible management framework that enables them to adapt to different situations and environments. They also have flexible definitions for roles and responsibilities that can be easily tailored to the client's needs. Electronic Reporting

Masterguard are committed to process transparency and to providing a high level of customer service to their clients. As part of this commitment Masterguard have put in place an electronic reporting system for it's security guards. The system comprises three components:

  1. Palm Pilot - used to digitally record events and any required reports
  2. Digital Camera - used to record any events where photographic evidence is required
  3. Electronic Submission - the reports and photos are submitted electronically
